Our business includes oil and gas transactions, maintain and service all equipment used in the oil and gas industry including Marine. We buy, sell, exchange, manufacture, produce or otherwise acquire, invest in, own, pledge, sell, assign, transfer, and otherwise trade and deal in machinery, equipment, appliances, drilling rigs, apparatus, tools and supplies used for or in connection with drilling, pumping, maintaining and operating oil and gas wells and other wells and mineral deposit and to also buy, sell, rent and lease goods, wares and merchandise and personal property of any kind or description at whole sale or retail.
We also carry on all businesses in the oil and gas sector, upstream and downstream which shall include farm-in and farm-out operations, seismic operations, and marginal field operations.
